The Elite Police Training Centre Hakimabad Nowshera is procuring Non-Cooked Food Items for trainees for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is divided into four lots covering a wide range of food supplies including grains, pulses, dry staples such as atta, rice, sugar, pulses, lobia, sooji, dry fruits, sharbat, and gurr; oils, fats, spices, and condiments including cooking oil, ghee, tea, salt, chili, turmeric, masala, and biscuits; fresh meat and seafood such as beef, mutton, chicken, and seafood with a strict condition that all fresh items must be non-frozen; and dairy, eggs, and perishable items including milk, eggs, vegetables, fruits, coriander, green chili, and rice. Interested firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and KPPRA and have a minimum of three years supply experience with government, semi-government, or reputable private sectors with sustained demand of over 200 persons. Firms must provide an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they have never been blacklisted by any government department. Proof of financial soundness and capability to supply on a large scale is required along with copies of CNIC, company profile, registration certificates, and previous work orders.
