Tender Description
The School Education Department Government of the Punjab, through its Strategic Management Unit (SMU), invites applications for prequalification from eligible manufacturers, authorized suppliers, distributors, firms, and joint ventures for the supply and delivery of nutritious food items under the Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Program for the financial year 2026-27. This program targets students enrolled in standalone Government Primary Schools across 13 districts of Punjab including Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Chiniot, D.G. Khan, Kot Addu, Layyah, Lodhran, Mianwali, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Taunsa, and Vehari.
Items being procured:
- 175 ml UHT Milk
- Fortified Biscuits (50 grams)
The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). The meal package consists specifically of 175 ml UHT Milk and 50 grams of fortified biscuits, ensuring nutritious food supply to the targeted students. The procurement scope includes supply and delivery logistics to the specified districts.
Eligible bidders must meet prescribed eligibility criteria including relevant manufacturing or distribution licenses, FBR/ATL registration, and experience in food supply contracts. Detailed Prequalification Document (PQD) and qualification requirements are available free of cost on the School Education Department and Punjab PPRA websites.
