Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake multiple critical works including shifting and repositioning of four ocean buoys at Ormara Naval Harbour, construction of an approach road at PNS Akram Hammerhead Gwadar, topographic survey for new HQ Comcoast at Sonehri Beach, provision of HT cable and HT VCB with metering panel at NSOTC Nathiagali, and supply of fresh water through bowzers at various locations in Younisabad. The scope demands contractors with proven experience in similar military and civil engineering projects, capable of managing site-specific challenges such as coastal conditions at Ormara and Gwadar, and ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure and utility services. The topographic survey covers a large area of 9154 acres, necessitating precise engineering and surveying skills. Electrical works involve high-tension cable installations requiring compliance with safety standards.
Contractors must be registered on the approved MES list or other government departments with relevant experience. PEC registration and FBR ATL status for the financial year 2025-26 are advisable to meet compliance requirements. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited by contractors not on the MES approved list.
