The Islamabad Club (Islamabad Club) in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring Odoo ERP Implementation services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for a comprehensive ERP solution to streamline and automate club operations across multiple departments and services. Items being procured: - Per User License (Annually) - ERP Implementation (One Time Cost) - Hosting Charges (Annually) The scope includes detailed modules such as Finance & Accounting, Member & Billing Management, Affiliated Member Management, Riding Management, Polo Management, Golf Management, Room Reservation & Accommodation, Catering & Food & Beverage, Event Booking & Management, Business Center Services, Purchase Management, Inventory Management, Gate Pass Management, Repair & Maintenance Request, Asset Register Management, Laundry Management, Library Management, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Sports Subscription & Charges, Tombola Management, Email & Mobile App Notifications, Digital Signage, Member Web Portal and Mobile Apps (Android and iOS) covering registration, profile management, billing, complaints, events, sports booking, reciprocal club visits, cinema management, and online food ordering. The technical scope requires vendor to study existing business processes, conduct requirement gathering, prepare functional and system requirement documents, and implement a modular, scalable ERP with role-based access control, secure data hosting within Pakistan, and integration with club digital channels. The ERP must support configurable workflows, multi-level approvals, data migration, training, deployment, and post-implementation support. Eligibility criteria include company incorporation under Companies Act 2017, valid FBR registration, minimum turnover thresholds, five years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation with at least three similar projects in Pakistan, Gold or Silver Odoo implementation partner status, and hosting on Tier III compliant data centers within Pakistan. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must comply with all technical specifications.
