Annual Framework Contract for Office Stationery, Computer Stationery, General Store and Miscellaneous Items FY 2026-27

Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench invites bids for an Annual Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27 for procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, general store and miscellaneous items. The procurement is specifically for the Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench located in Bahawalpur city, Punjab province. Items being procured: - Office and Computer Stationery Items - General and Miscellaneous Store Items The tender is divided into two lots: Lot-I for Office and Computer Stationery Items with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,892,975/- and Lot-II for General and Miscellaneous Store Items with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,024,704/-. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, payable via CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order in favor of the Senior Additional Registrar, Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments where applicable. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website before the closing date of 22nd July 2026 at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:30 AM in the office of the Additional Registrar (Judicial)/Senior Member of the Purchase Committee, Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench. The contract will be valid for 180 days and all quoted rates should include GST/PST. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract value in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the bid security in original at the Purchase Branch of the Court one hour before the bid submission deadline, in addition to uploading the soft copy on the e-Procurement portal. This will avoid disqualification due to incomplete bid security submission.
