Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of office and computer stationery items to the Kashmir Institute of Management in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The procurement covers a wide range of stationery including pens, papers, files, folders, adhesives, and various office accessories. The department requires high-quality branded items delivered in sealed company packaging to ensure authenticity and durability for official use.
The scope includes delivery of items such as ballpoint pens, binders, laminating pouches, paper shredders, flash drives, and laptops among others. The supply must be completed within 35 days and no later than June 30, 2026. The procurement process follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under the AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017, ensuring transparency and competitiveness. The delivery location is the main conference room of the Kashmir Institute of Management in Muzaffarabad.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Tax Payers List. Compliance with PEC categories is not applicable as this is a goods procurement.
