Sr. 59-74 covers electrical, access control and display works, including 45 panel lights, 8 waterproof lights, 8 wall lights, switchboards, three AC power points, 30 each of 20A and 5A outlets, one distribution board, 10 ceiling fans, one face-recognition access system and one executive LED display. Sr. 76-88 covers structured Cat-6 networking, 66 face plates, 5 floor service boxes, 3 patch panels, 3 PDUs, one 27U rack, 48-port and 24-port managed switches, four Wi-Fi access points, one 5 kVA UPS, projector, video-conferencing camera and laptop. Eligible bidders must provide FBR registration, NTN/GSTN, ATL status, valid PEC C-6 or higher registration, tender fee of **PKR 15,000**, pay order bid security, company profile, financial evidence, authority documents and at least three similar works of **PKR 7 million** or more completed or progressing within five years.
