Bidders must submit company registration, NTN, sales-tax registration, Active Taxpayer List status, manufacturer or authorized-dealer evidence, three similar contracts of at least **PKR 5.0 million** each, three years of tax returns or bank statements, non-blacklisting affidavit and valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above.
