Procurement of Office Furniture for PIAHCL Corporate Office at 7th Floor Annex Building ZTBL Head Office Islamabad

PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of office furniture for PIAHCL Corporate Office located at 7th Floor, Annex Building, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and other applicable regulations. Items being procured: - Office Furniture for Corporate Office at 7th Floor Annex Building ZTBL Head Office The e-bidding documents contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications, eligibility and evaluation requirements, and are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 under reference P136602. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security and Tender Fee of PKR 141,184 and PKR 15,000 respectively, both in the form of Pay Order in favor of PIA Holding Company Limited, as prescribed in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
