Supply of Office Stationery, Miscellaneous Items, Repair & Maintenance Services

The Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan Islamabad, invites sealed tenders from authorized and eligible firms/contractors listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax where applicable. The procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-2027 and covers a range of office supplies and maintenance services required by the department in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Office Stationery (as per list, need basis) - Miscellaneous items (as per list, need basis) - Repair of Machinery & Equipments (as per list, need basis) - Repair of Computer, Scanner etc. (as per list, need basis) - Repair of Furniture (as per list, need basis) - Renovation of Office building (as per list, need basis) - Supply of Mineral water (as per list, need basis) - Pictorial Accessories (as per list, need basis) - Maintenance of Generator (as per list, need basis) The scope includes supply and repair services on a need basis, covering stationery, miscellaneous items, machinery and equipment repairs, computer and scanner repairs, furniture repair, office building renovation, mineral water supply, pictorial accessories, and generator maintenance. The work will be carried out at the Press Information Department premises in Islamabad. Firms must have established operational offices in all major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR and ATL for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, and be registered on the PPRA e-PADS Portal. Tender documents are available at www.pid.gov.pk and the e-PADS portal. Proposals must be submitted through the e-PADS portal only, duly signed and stamped. A security deposit of 5% of the quoted price in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, PID Islamabad, must be uploaded. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted or entertained. Firms must be registered with NTN & GST and possess an AGPR vendor number. Samples of stationery items as per the provided list must be provided, otherwise bids will not be considered. Rates must exclude GST. Supplies must be delivered within 5 days of the work order, and renovation/repair work must be completed within 15 days. Sales Tax invoices or bills of entry must be submitted where applicable. Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected. Failure to supply or complete work within the prescribed time will result in forfeiture of earnest money. Penalties will be imposed under government rules for delays or defaults. PID reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
