Tender Description

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad is inviting bids from reputable, experienced, registered, and tax-compliant firms for the supply of oil filters, fuel filters, and air filters required for the operational fleet of vehicles and generators at the university. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad campus and is managed by the Director Administration of NUML. Items being procured: - Oil Filters - Fuel Filters (Big & Small) - Air Filters The procurement covers filters for a variety of vehicles and equipment including Hino Buses (J08C & J08E Engines), Isuzu Buses (6HH1 Engine), Toyota Hiace, Toyota Hilux Single Cab, Toyota Corolla GLi/XLi/Altis, Toyota Yaris, Honda City Aspire, Honda Civic RS, Suzuki Cultus VXR/VXL, Suzuki Bolan, Suzuki Ravi Pickup, Changan Karvan, Changan Alsvin, Shehzore Loader, Load Runner, Motorcycles, and Generators (Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar and equivalent). Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possess relevant experience in supplying tyres, tubes, flappers, and batteries to government or semi-government organizations. Detailed specifications, quantities, and terms & conditions are available in the bidding documents which can be obtained from the Transport Officer office at NUML, H-9 Islamabad, upon submission of a written request on company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 10,000 in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Bids must include bid security of Rs. 113,296 in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of the Rector NUML. Sealed bids must reach the office of the Director Administration by 18 August 2026, with bid closing at 10:30 hours and opening at 11:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, relevant experience, and compliance with PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete, signed, and stamped as incomplete or late bids will be rejected.
