Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training of Oil & Gas Stream Lab Equipment Under OGDCL Funded Project

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute Of Engineering Sciences And Technology GIKI invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement of specialized Oil & Gas Stream Laboratory Equipment under the OGDCL funded project in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training services for advanced laboratory instruments essential for natural gas and petroleum analysis. Items being procured: - Gas Calorimeter for Natural Gas, Propane, Butane, and LPG (1 unit) - Water Dew Point Hygrometers Analyzer for Natural Gas (1 unit) - Hydrocarbon Dew Point Apparatus for Natural Gas analysis (1 unit) - Lead Acetate H2S Analyzer Hydrogen sulfide sensor (1 unit) - Gas Condensate Density Property Setup including digital density meter and Pensky-Martens flash point tester (1 unit) - Coriolis Mass Flow Flowmeters (1 unit) - ASTM Petroleum Hydrometers Set with API gravity range 20-90, certified with minimum 6 hydrometers and calibration certificates (1 set) The technical scope covers laboratory-grade equipment compliant with ASTM and ISO standards, suitable for precise measurement and analysis of natural gas and petroleum products. Installation, commissioning, testing, and training at the GIKI premises in Swabi will be provided free of cost by the supplier. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized agents with proven experience in supplying similar scientific and analytical equipment, registered with FBR and possessing active taxpayer status. The bidding process follows a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 3:00 PM on August 24, 2026, with original bid security physically delivered to Room F-12 First Floor Admin Block GIKI, Swabi before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will be disqualified. Prospective bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria, including experience, financial soundness, and technical capability. The bid security must be in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft. The evaluation will consider technical compliance, delivery schedule, warranty, and after-sales service.
