Procurement and Installation of OMR, OCR, QID & E-Marking Solution Hardware Lots

This tender invites bids for the procurement and installation of advanced OMR, OCR, QID & E-Marking hardware solutions in Karachi under the Board of Secondary Education Karachi. Industrial scanners must support high daily volumes with advanced image processing and multi-feed detection. The network design ensures redundancy, high availability, and future scalability with dual ISP connectivity and centralized management. Bidders must comply with eligibility criteria including valid registrations with EPADS, FBR, and Sindh Revenue Board, a minimum turnover of PKR 70 million over the last three years, and manufacturer authorization certificates.
