Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad is conducting an open auction for annual contracts of various Union Councils within Islamabad. The auction includes toll tax collection on key roads, parking fees at major larri addas and cattle mandis, and professional tax collection including board tax and trade license fees. The contract period is three years with an option to extend for two more years based on satisfactory performance. Earnest money and contract security deposits are required as per terms. The successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid amount as earnest money and the remaining 75% within 30 working days. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Eligibility requires bidders to have valid registration documents including company/firm registration certificate, CNIC, NTN certificate, and bank statement. Only bidders who have purchased the token numbers and deposited earnest money will be allowed to participate. The auction will be conducted by the Assistant Director MCI at the Old Naval Headquarters building G-6, Islamabad. The auction dates for different contracts are 27-07-2026, 28-07-2026, 30-07-2026, and 31-07-2026 with submission deadlines accordingly.
