Tender Description
The Federal Shariat Court Islamabad invites prequalification applications from NTN and GST registered firms/vendors for the establishment of Open Framework Agreements valid for three years. These agreements cover multiple categories for the Principal Seat in Islamabad and Bench Registries at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. The procurement includes the following categories: IT Equipment - Repair & Maintenance, Plant, Machinery & Electrical Equipment Repair & Maintenance, Furniture & Fixtures Repair, Maintenance & Fabrication, Civil, Electrical & General Repair/Maintenance Works, Official Vehicles - Repair & Maintenance, and Common Use Office Items & Store Requirements.

The scope involves comprehensive repair and maintenance services across multiple technical domains including electrical and mechanical equipment, civil works, furniture fabrication, and vehicle servicing. The framework agreement will support the Federal Shariat Court’s operational needs across its multiple locations. Firms must have relevant experience and valid registrations including NTN, GST, and FBR/ATL. Possession of an established office at any Bench Registry location (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta) is advantageous and will earn additional evaluation points.
The prequalification document is available free for download at www.ppra.gov.pk and www.federalshariatcourt.gov.pk. Hard copies can be obtained from the Cash Branch of the Federal Shariat Court Islamabad during office hours against a non-refundable payment of Rs. 1,000. An earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of DDO, Federal Shariat Court Islamabad, must accompany every application and remain valid for the entire three-year period.
Sealed applications must reach the Procuring Agency’s office before the closing date and time. Late submissions will not be entertained. Applications will be opened publicly in the presence of applicant representatives who choose to attend. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason as per Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your application includes a valid earnest money instrument and clearly demonstrates your firm’s registration and experience credentials. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute delays and disqualification.
