Open Framework Agreement for Repair and Maintenance Works at Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Islamabad

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Islamabad invites applications from eligible firms and contractors registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for prequalification to enter into an Open Framework Agreement for repair and maintenance works at its offices located in R-Block and Cabinet Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. This agreement will be valid for a period of 12 months under Rule 16A of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Civil & Building Repair Works including masonry, plaster/patch repair, floor and wall tiles, minor civil repair and allied works - Ceiling Works involving repair or replacement of false ceilings, tiles, panels, framing, supports and allied works - Electrical Works covering internal wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fixtures, minor distribution repairs and allied works - Plumbing & Sanitary Works including water supply, drainage repairs, leakages, pipes, taps and sanitary fittings - Carpentry, Joinery & Polishing Works such as repair of doors, windows, locks, fittings, wooden fixtures, polishing and allied works The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance services at the Ministry's Islamabad offices. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, listed on the Active Taxpayers List, and meet the technical qualifications as per the prequalification documents. Applications can be submitted for one or more categories, with eligibility assessed separately for each. Prequalification documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/framework-agreements/9484 and on mopa.gov.pk. Vendors not yet registered may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened electronically the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Note that prequalification does not guarantee award of work or any minimum volume. Specific requirements will be processed through call-offs under the Framework Agreement. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified as per Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The notification is available on the Procuring Agency's and PPRA's websites. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your FBR registration and ATL status are current and complete your EPADS vendor registration well before the closing date to avoid last-minute submission issues.
