Operation and Maintenance Contract for Air-Conditioning Plants and Equipment at NICVD Karachi

Responsibilities include servicing, minor repairs, annual overhauling, chemical dosing, cleaning, lubrication, calibration of controls, record keeping, and emergency repairs. The contractor must provide all tools and consumables except chemicals and materials supplied by NICVD. Regular reporting and coordination with hospital maintenance are mandatory.
