Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Works and Services at State Life Buildings Peshawar and D.I Khan

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Real Estate Department in Peshawar is procuring annual operation and maintenance services for electrical works at its State Life buildings located in Peshawar and D.I Khan. This tender invites qualified contractors to provide skilled staff and comprehensive maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted electrical operations and fire safety at these facilities. Items being procured: - Electrical Supervisor (2 Posts: 1 Peshawar, 1 D.I Khan) - Electrician (2 Posts: 1 Peshawar, 1 D.I Khan) - Fireman (4 Posts: 2 Peshawar, 2 D.I Khan) The scope includes daily visual inspections of electrical installations, substation equipment monitoring, preventive and remedial maintenance, operation of diesel generators during power failures, and coordination with PESCO and government agencies. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance services are required, including servicing of HT/LT panels, transformers, diesel generators, and fire alarm systems. Emergency call services must be attended within 2 hours. The contractor must provide all necessary tools and safety equipment such as gloves and helmets.
