Tender Description
National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Islamabad invites experienced firms for the operation and maintenance of the complete fire fighting system with allied accessories at its G5/1 Building Islamabad. The contract duration is three years with possible extension by mutual consent. The scope includes continuous and uninterrupted operation, maintenance, and servicing of the fire fighting system including smoke detectors, fire alarm control panels, electrical controls, hose points, cabling, piping, pumps, valves, gaskets, and other allied accessories as per relevant standards. The service provider must maintain necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear on site and ensure efficient operation to avoid breakdowns and economical consumption of materials and spare parts.
Eligibility criteria require valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in financial category C-6 or above with specialization code ME-02 (Firefighting), successful completion of similar works in the last ten years, active status on FBR Active Taxpayer List and provincial active list, and an affidavit on Rs. 500 e-stamp paper confirming no litigation or blacklisting. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only, with a bid security of Rs. 300,000. The deadline for submission is June 11, 2026, at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Original bid security must be submitted before closing hours.
