Supply of Operation and Maintenance Services for HVAC at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayyed Hospital Quetta

The Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayyed Hospital Quetta invites eligible bidders for the supply of operation and maintenance services specifically for the HVAC system at the hospital located in Quetta. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Operation and Maintenance service for HVAC (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The scope includes providing effective operation and maintenance of the HVAC system with a firm financial audit for the fiscal year 2025-26 by a third-party audit firm. The service provider must submit a detailed work plan for each shift to ensure continuous and efficient HVAC operation. The firm must agree unconditionally to all terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents and contract agreement. A corporate office in Quetta city is mandatory. Paid challans or BRA clearance certificates must be provided. Eligibility criteria require 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity in Balochistan worth PKR 15 million each over the past 3 years with accumulated turnover of at least PKR 12 million in the last 3 years. The firm must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The firm shall provide services for at least 4 months if payment is delayed due to fund unavailability. Bid security of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of a deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. The bidding documents and NIT can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only by 20 October 2026 at 10:45 AM through the supplier dashboard.
