Operation and Maintenance Support Services of HVAC Systems for Shore Buildings

Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids/quotations from reputable firms and authorized dealers experienced in the provision of operation and maintenance support services for Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for varying nature including shore buildings. The firms must be registered with tax authorities in Pakistan and hold active taxpayer status for Income Tax and GST. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Operation of HVAC Plant - Maintenance of HVAC Plant Bidding documents can be obtained from PNS Zafar, Sector E-8, Islamabad from 03 September to 19 September 2026 between 1000 and 1200 hrs upon submission of a non-refundable Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs 5,000 in favor of HQs COMNOR. Bids must be submitted by 1000 hrs on 22 September 2026 at PNS Zafar, Sector E-8, Islamabad and will be opened the same day at 1030 hrs. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all tax registration requirements and prepare their technical and financial bids carefully.
