Operation and Maintenance of Lifts in NICL Building Islamabad for One Year

The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is inviting bids for the operation and maintenance of lifts in the NICL Building for a period of one year. The service will be delivered at the NICL Building located at 63-Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad. Eligible bidders should be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and comply with all relevant Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. Experience in similar maintenance contracts and valid FBR/ATL registration will be advantageous. The tender follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
