Malakand Irrigation Division is inviting bids from approved contractors for the operation and maintenance works across various irrigation sections for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to contractors registered with the Irrigation Department, holding valid licenses from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes, and with up-to-date registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and FBR. Items being procured: - AM&R in Amandara Section within the jurisdiction of Head Works Irrigation Sub Division Malakand for the year 2026-27 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million) - AM&R in Dargai Section within the jurisdiction of Head Works Irrigation Sub Division Malakand for the year 2026-27 (Rs. 5.00 Million) - AM&R in Hathian Section within the jurisdiction of Head Works Irrigation Sub Division Malakand for the year 2026-27 (Rs. 5.00 Million) - AM&R in Katlang Section within the jurisdiction of Dargai Irrigation Sub Division Dargai for the year 2026-27 (Rs. 5.00 Million) - AM&R in Harichand Section within the jurisdiction of Dargai Irrigation Sub Division Dargai for the year 2026-27 (Rs. 2.50 Million) - AM&R in Bazai Canal System within the jurisdiction of Bazai Irrigation Sub Division Katlang for the year 2026-27 (Rs. 5.00 Million) - AM&R to Flood & Drainage System within the jurisdiction of Head Works Irrigation Sub Division Malakand for the year 2026-27 (Rs. 5.00 Million) - AM&R to Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Works within the jurisdiction of Head Works Irrigation Sub Division Malakand for the year 2026-27 (Rs. 5.00 Million) - AM&R to Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Works within the jurisdiction of Dargai Irrigation Sub Division Dargai for the year 2026-27 (Rs. 5.00 Million) The technical scope covers comprehensive annual maintenance and repair (AM&R) of irrigation sections, canal systems, flood and drainage systems, and associated electrical and mechanical works. PEC Category C6 & above with specialization codes CE-04(ii), CE-10, ME-07 (full or ME-07(v)), and EE-11 (full or EE-11(vi)) are mandatory for relevant lots. Earnest Money is 2% of the estimated cost, to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of XEN Irrigation Division Malakand. Active KPRA and FBR registration is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 03/09/2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening will take place the same day at 11:30 AM. No hard copies are required except for the original CDR. All documents must be scanned and uploaded as per instructions. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 24/08/2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer.
