Operation, Maintenance and Management of National Highway Service and Rest Areas at Multiple Sites

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Islamabad invites qualified contractors for the Operation, Maintenance and Management (OM&M) of several service and rest areas located on major national highways. The sites are strategically located on the M-3 and M-5 motorways, requiring experienced contractors familiar with highway service area management. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and relevant experience in similar highway or facility management projects. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 and provide earnest money as per NHA rules. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately, with strict adherence to NHA procurement policies.
