Operation, Management & Maintenance of Service Areas and Rest Areas on National Highways

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Islamabad invites bids for the operation, management, and maintenance of service areas and rest areas on various national highways on an advance net guaranteed revenue basis. This procurement covers the following sites: - Muridwala Service Area (North & South Bound) KM-974 (M-3) - Rohri Service Area (North & South Bound) KM-397 (M-5) - Quttub Din Shah Service Area (North & South Bound) KM-460 (M-5) - Azampur Service Area (North & South Bound) KM-528 (M-5) - Zahirpir Service Area (North & South Bound) KM-609 (M-5) - Uch Sharif Service Area (North & South Bound) KM-679 (M-5) - Band Rest Area (North & South Bound) KM-495 (M-5) - Muhammadpur Rest Area (North & South Bound) KM-562 (M-5) The scope includes full operational management and maintenance of these service and rest areas along the specified highway sections. Bidders are expected to ensure high standards of service and upkeep. A second pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 27th August 2026 at 1130 hrs in the NHA Auditorium, Islamabad. The technical bids must be submitted by Wednesday, 9th September 2026 till 1100 hrs at the same venue. This corrigendum extends the submission deadline from the original date of 25th August 2026. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements as per the original tender documents. Earnest money and bid security conditions remain unchanged. Bidders are advised to attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any queries and to prepare competitive bids. For submission, bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the NHA Auditorium, Islamabad.
