Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Operations, Maintenance and Rigging Services

Pakistan Tobacco Company is inviting pre-qualification submissions from experienced contractors for operations, maintenance, and rigging services at their facilities located in Akora Khattak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Jhelum, Punjab. This tender is specifically for service providers capable of handling utility services and machinery maintenance in tobacco processing plants. Items being procured: - Operation & Maintenance services for utility services areas to Production Floors & waste-water treatment plant - Maintenance Services for Green leaf threshing plant & Tobacco processing Plant (Primary) - Rigging Services (e.g. Machinery Movement) Operation & Maintenance includes compressors, dryers, vacuum pumps, pneumatic fans, dust collectors, effluent treatment plant, fire reservoir, tube well, steam exhaust fans, multi-feeder, water filtration RO & UV plant, air washers, air coolers, etc. Maintenance services cover all belt conveyors, stem cutter, lamina cutter, Delphi, threshers, classifiers, XL dryer, STS, filing station, boxing line, oxyflow unit, autofeeds, bulking bins with trolley, airlocks, bale slicer, sorter, casing kitchen. Rigging services involve heavy machinery offloading and movement within factory premises. Eligible bidders must have relevant experience working with multinational firms or companies, maintain a clean criminal record, and comply with environmental, health, safety, and product integrity standards. Registration with PEC and other relevant engineering bodies, NTN, PESSI, EOBI certificates, and FBR ATL registration are mandatory. Annual income tax returns and audit reports for the last three years must be submitted. The last date for submission of the Letter of Intent is the 10th of August 2026. Submissions must be made both online and through courier to the Head of Operations Finance at Pakistan Tobacco Company, Serena Business Complex, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, G-5, Islamabad. The tender number Y26/ROC/POMS/06 must be clearly mentioned in all submissions.
