Tender Description
The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Optical Laboratory Equipment for Phase 1 aimed at establishing a laboratory for Quantum Processors. This procurement is part of the financial year 2026-27 plan and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

The technical scope includes delivery to Opposite Sector U DHA, Cantonment, Lahore with a delivery schedule of 45 days. Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid NTN and GST registration, and demonstrate technical compliance with the quoted items. Manufacturer or authorized dealer certificates are required where applicable. The procurement will be conducted via the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement portal, and manual bids will not be accepted.
Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. The bid validity period is 120 days. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with a technical passing mark of 60 out of 100.
