Tender Description
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (MIS Department) located in Karachi is procuring Oracle Standard Edition Licenses for Production Servers along with annual support. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to enhance the database management capabilities of the MIS Department. The scope includes the supply of two perpetual Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 License Processors with annual support, to be delivered within 27 days to the MIS Department at the 12th Floor, PNSC Building, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be authorized Oracle Platinum, Gold, Network Partners, or Resellers and have a certified Oracle technical team with at least two certified engineers. Additionally, bidders should have a minimum of three years of experience in Oracle-related projects, supported by purchase orders or invoices. A customer support and maintenance office must be established in Karachi, and financial stability must be demonstrated through audited financial statements or bank statements for the last two years. Bidders must also submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by any government or public sector organization.
The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the EPADS v2.0 platform by Monday, May 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
