Local Purchase of Ordnance Stores Including Paints, DCP, Polyester Yarn, Miscellaneous Vehicle and Workshop Items for FY 2026-2027

Central Ordnance Depot Lahore Cantonment invites sealed quotations for the local purchase of ordnance stores through Central CST / Central Contract for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is open to eligible manufacturers and suppliers who meet the approved Army specifications and have the necessary clearances. The procurement covers a wide range of items required for operational and maintenance needs at the depot in Lahore. Items being procured: - Paints (various types and specifications, including acid & alkali resistant, brushing enamels in multiple colours, cellulose, baking, matt, semi-glossy, bituminous, aluminium, stoving, marking, priming, varnish, thinner, and heat resisting paints; full list of 84 paint items as per Annexure A) - DCP (Dry Chemical Mixture, Fire Extinguisher Mono Ammonium Phosphate MAP NH4H2PO4, as per Annexure B) - 100% Polyester Cared Ring Spun Yarn (cone, 1.2 kg, as per Annexure C) - Miscellaneous items (vehicle canopies for Toyota, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Hino, Isuzu, Land Rover; waterproof covers; tarpaulins; hydraulic and mechanical jacks of various capacities; belt waist ribbed pattern with shoulder strap; acetylene technical; argon technical; nitrogen gas type-1 grade-B; as per Annexure D) All items must comply with the technical specifications and standards outlined in the annexures. Bidders are required to submit laboratory test reports for all items except paints and DCP. Quotations without the required test reports will not be entertained. For DCP, a 2 kg sample must be provided along with technical and commercial offers in separate envelopes. Only manufacturers cleared by IAS&C/ASID are eligible for paints. Trading firms will not be considered for supply of paints. A refundable bid money of 5% must be submitted with the quotation in the form of bank draft or pay order in favour of the Commandant Central Ordnance Depot Lahore. All rates quoted should be inclusive of taxes and duties and valid up to 30 June 2027. The deadline for submission is **31 August 2026 at 10:30 AM**, with opening at **11:00 AM** the same day. Quotations must be sent to the Commandant, Central Ordnance Depot Lahore Cantonment. Tip: Ensure all required laboratory test reports and samples are included with your bid, and double-check that your firm is cleared by the relevant Army authorities for the specific items you are quoting. Incomplete or non-compliant bids will be rejected without exception.
