Bahawalpur Cantonment Board invites sealed bids for Original and Repair Maintenance Works for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 on percentage above/below or at par basis for schedule and non-schedule items. The procurement is conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27 and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as Earnest Money at 2% of the estimated cost. The original CDR must be submitted 3 days prior to bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS V2.0 by 14 October 2026 at 1:00 PM, with opening at 1:30 PM the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. Only firms registered on E-PADS V2.0 and active taxpayers are eligible. Quality assurance tests will be conducted by reputed laboratories at the bidder's cost. The Cantonment Executive Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reason.
