Cantonment Board Gujranwala invites sealed bids for Original and Repair Maintenance works under MES Schedule of Rates 2025 on percentage above/below or at par basis for schedule and non-schedule items. The procurement is conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible contractors/firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Items being procured: - Addition / Alteration of Cantt Board Rest House CB Office Gwa Cantt - Construction of PCC Street & Drain, Street No. 10, Link No. 03 at Allama Iqbal Town - Construction of PCC Street of Main 30 Fottaa Bazar, Link No. 10, Bilal Town - Construction of Premix Carpet Road at Main Street No. 05 of Allama Iqbal Town - Construction of PCC Street No. 03, Green Town - Construction of PCC link Street No. 11, Allama Iqbal Town - Construction of PCC Street at Masjid Ahaal e Hades Gari Shahu Rahwali - Construction of PCC Street at Street No. 01 of New Allama Iqbal Town, Near Zaheen Academy - Construction of Road with Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) from Bangla School to Chenab Road along Rajba Road - Construction of PCC Street from Jamia Masjid Serwar Gulzar-e-Madina upto School - Construction of PCC Link of Rajba Road near Mustafa House - Construction of PCC Street Allama Iqbal Town Street No. 10, Link No. 10 - Recarpeting of Road in Sethi Colony - Provision of Sewerage line / Drain from Gulab Pura upto main Sewerage line upto MP CP - Provision of Water Supply / Filtration Plants in Ward No. 01 to 10 in Cantt Area - Buildings - Roads - Drainage - Water Supply - Misc Improvement The scope covers original and repair maintenance works including civil construction, drainage, water supply, and road works in Gujranwala Cantonment. Contractors must submit a Bid Security (Earnest Money) of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Gujranwala. Technical proposals must be numbered with a table of contents and signed/stamped by bidders. Blacklisted contractors or those involved in litigation with Cantonment Boards are not eligible. Firms must provide documentary evidence of similar projects completed in the last 5 years, financial status, bank balance certificates, and tax payment certificates. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Cantonment Board Gujranwala office on the specified date and time. The lowest bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the estimated cost within 7 days after award. All government taxes will be deducted as per policy. Successful bidders must execute an agreement and comply with all terms and conditions. The tender closing date is **09-10-2026** at 11:00 hrs with technical bid opening at 11:30 hrs.
