Bahawalpur Cantonment Board invites sealed bids for Original and Repair Maintenance Works for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the MES Schedule of Rates 2025. The procurement is based on a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and active on the Federal Board of Revenue's taxpayers list. Bidding is conducted online via the E-PADS 2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk. This includes paving, sewerage, water filtration plants, solar system upgrades, street lighting, and public building maintenance. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC and active on FBR's ATL. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Bahawalpur Cantonment. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS V2.0 portal by 14-10-2026 at 1:00 PM. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted.
