Outsourcing of General Non-Core Human Resource

The Center of Excellence China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CoE-CPEC) Islamabad invites bids for outsourcing of general, non-core human resource services. The institution will not be liable for employment disputes. Continuous and uninterrupted service is mandatory with immediate replacement in case of absenteeism. The contractor must ensure confidentiality and professional conduct of all deployed staff. Eligibility criteria include at least three years of relevant experience, submission of bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt, and no blacklisting by any government or private entity. Firms must provide evidence of previous work completion and maintain an office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for inspection. Financial bids will be called only from technically pre-qualified firms. The last date for submission is July 29, 2026 by 11:00 hours, with bid opening at 11:30 am on the same day at the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee CoE-CPEC.
