Tender Description
Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) Islamabad invites electronic bids through e-PADS v2.0 for the outsourcing, operation, management, maintenance and commercialization of IT Park Islamabad on an as-is-where-is basis. This procurement is conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- Outsourcing of IT Park Islamabad
- Operation of IT Park Islamabad
- Management of IT Park Islamabad
- Maintenance of IT Park Islamabad
- Commercialization of IT Park Islamabad
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works. E-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, including terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available for registered bidders on the e-PADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual bids will not be accepted.
The submission deadline is Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 03:00 PM, with online opening on the same day at 03:30 PM. Bidders will be automatically notified by e-PADS regarding preliminary results and final outcomes.
The bidding process is transparent and electronic, ensuring fair competition. Interested firms, companies, individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and state-owned enterprises are eligible to participate. Earnest Money and bid security requirements are detailed in the bidding documents.
