Outsourcing of Operation and Maintenance Services of Two Diesel Generators (800 & 500 KVA) at Emigration Tower Islamabad

The Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment invites bids for the outsourcing of operation and maintenance services of two diesel generators with capacities of 800 KVA and 500 KVA installed at Emigration Tower, G-8/1, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure reliable power backup through professional maintenance and operation of the generators. Items being procured: - Operation and maintenance services for 800 KVA diesel generator - Operation and maintenance services for 500 KVA diesel generator The scope includes regular upkeep, timely repairs, and efficient operation of the generators to maintain uninterrupted power supply at the Emigration Tower site. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Banker's Cheque or a Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format.
