Provision of Outsourcing Services of Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Gardener/Mali and Janitor/Sweeper

The Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak-EPA), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from firms, contractors, suppliers, and dealers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments (FBR) who have their own offices, stock, manpower, and expertise for the Financial Year 2026-27, extendable for another year upon satisfactory performance. The procurement is for the provision of outsourcing services including Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Gardener/Mali, and Janitor/Sweeper. Items being procured: - Naib Qasid - Chowkidar - Gardener/Mali - Janitor/Sweeper This tender requires firms to have relevant experience and valid registrations with FBR and Sales Tax authorities. The scope includes providing skilled manpower for the specified roles at the Pak-EPA office located at Plot No. 42, Street No. 06, H-8/2, Islamabad. The contract is for one financial year with the possibility of extension based on performance. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Deputy Director Operations, Pak-EPA, Islamabad. The bids must be uploaded online via the EPADS portal and can also be physically dropped in the tender box by 11:30 AM on 6th August 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the Committee Room of Pak-EPA. All government taxes and rates will apply at the time of supply or work order.
