Package-III Electro Mechanical Works of 54 MW Attabad Lake Hydropower Project

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites proposals from Contractors and Joint Ventures for the RFP/EPC Bidding Document of Package-III (Electro Mechanical Works) of the 54 MW Attabad Lake Hydropower Project. This procurement is for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services related to the electro-mechanical components of the hydropower project. Items being procured: - Package-III Electro Mechanical Works - Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services The project involves comprehensive electro-mechanical works for a 54 MW hydropower facility located at Attabad Lake. The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of electro-mechanical equipment essential for the hydropower plant's operation. Bidders must be experienced contractors with relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money and bid security requirements will be detailed in the bidding documents. The last date for submission of proposals has been extended to October 20, 2026, on or before 1100 hours. Proposals must be submitted through the EPADs v2.0 portal. Any changes or addenda to the bidding documents will be uploaded on www.vendors.epads.gov.pk and the WAPDA website in due course. Bidders are advised to carefully review the addendum No. 05 to the RFP/EPC Bidding Document for updated terms and conditions.
