Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors to establish a high-quality Padel Tennis Court and an Outdoor Cricket Arena at PITAC Headquarters in Lahore. Issued by the Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre under the Ministry of Industries and Production, this project falls under construction, electrical equipment, and furnishings categories, reflecting the comprehensive nature of the works involved.
The scope includes civil works such as site clearing, levelling, drainage, and concrete flooring. The Padel Court requires a synthetic/acrylic playing surface elevated about one foot above ground, supported by galvanized steel frameworks and tempered glass panels. The Cricket Arena covers 3600 sq.ft with artificial turf, fencing, and 12 LED floodlights on 30-foot poles. Both courts demand precise finishing, marking, and installation of lighting and accessories, ensuring compliance with international standards. The site is located at PITAC HQ, Lahore, with all materials and utilities provided by PITAC.
Bidders must be registered with PEC (minimum C6 category), SECP, and tax authorities, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Experience in similar sports infrastructure projects is essential. The tender requires submission of company profiles, technical experience, and financial statements. PEC registration and FBR compliance are critical, along with adherence to PPRA rules and a 90-day bid validity. The contractor must complete the work within 60 days and provide a one-year maintenance and warranty period.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the federal PPRA EPADS portal before the deadline of 30th March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Tender participation fee and earnest money are mandatory. Supporting documents must be sent physically to PITAC's office at 234 Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
