Tender Description
The **Headquarters Directorate of Works and Chief Engineer (PAF), Chaklala (North Zone)** invites sealed tenders for works involving provision of certain facilities at Pakistan Air Force bases under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. The notice covers twelve listed work lots: Lot (i), PAF Base (L), **Rs. 59.000 Million**; Lot (ii), PAF Base (A), **Rs. 21.509 Million**; Lot (iii), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 31.280 Million**; Lot (iv), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 53.096 Million**; Lot (v), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 33.885 Million**; Lot (vi), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 47.567 Million**; Lot (vii), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 49.848 Million**; Lot (viii), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 42.239 Million**; Lot (ix), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 39.426 Million**; Lot (x), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 42.473 Million**; Lot (xi), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 42.148 Million**; and Lot (xii), PAF Base (Q), **Rs. 33.454 Million**. The aggregate listed value is approximately **Rs. 495.925 Million**.
The scope is understood to include construction and related facilities works, with eligible firms required to demonstrate relevant construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works or services registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. Applicants must provide work orders, locations, photographs of completed projects and satisfactory completion certificates. Firms must also submit personnel details, bank statements, NTN certificates and income tax returns for the last three years.
Only firms or contractors meeting the stated eligibility requirements may apply. Applicants should be enlisted with PEC in category C-5 or above in the relevant field, with validity at least through June 2027. Preferably, firms should be enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide a refundable 2 percent bid security. Firms must have no prohibited litigation, adverse Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation report, or outstanding recoveries.
Tender documents are to be received at **HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala** by **11:30 hours on 13 August 2026** and will be opened at **12:00 hours on the same date**.
