Wah Industries Limited, Packages Factory unit located in Wah Cantt, invites sealed quotations for the supply of Paint Red Oxide Primer (Air Drying) with specification DEF-STAN-80-7/3 and color shade 445 to (BS 381 C). The total quantity required is 39,292 Litres. Items being procured: - Paint Red Oxide Primer (Air Drying) 39,292 Litres The delivery schedule is prorated over seven months after contract placement with 40% supply within one month, 30% within four months, and the remaining 30% within seven months or as required. The material must conform to the specifications detailed in the tender schedule. Only original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) are eligible to participate. Suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. A fixed bid money of Rs. 350,000/- in the form of CDR/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of CEO/MD Wah Industries Ltd. is mandatory and must be included in the technical offer. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500/- by Pay Order is also required. Advance sample of 3.6 Litres must be provided for functional trial and lab testing; tenders without samples will be rejected. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and commercial offers. The bids will be opened at 12:00 hours on 11-11-2026 at POF Bids Centre, Room No. 02, behind Rabta Hall, Wah Cantt. Late submissions will not be entertained. Offers sent via email will not be accepted; submission must be via courier or by hand as per instructions. Performance Guarantee at 10% of contract value is required in the form of Pay Order from any scheduled bank. Payment will be made 100% after receipt and acceptance of stores at Packages Factory, with part payment allowed against part supply.
