The Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from well reputed and registered firms for the provision of conservancy services at the Marine Training Centre in Gwadar for the financial year 2024-2025. This opportunity is open to firms holding valid National Tax Number and Sales Tax Registration Number, ensuring compliance with national procurement standards. The scope of work is clearly defined and bidders are expected to provide comprehensive solutions for the listed services. Items being procured: - Collection of Garbage and other solid wastes including provision of truck loading/unloading and labor charges (Per Trip, Qty: 01) - Provision of plastic bags for garbage disposal (Per Bag, Qty: 01) - Sewerage lines/Main Hole cleaners (Per Trip, Qty: 01) The technical requirements include efficient collection and disposal of solid waste, supply of suitable plastic bags for garbage management, and cleaning of sewerage lines and main holes at the Marine Training Centre. Bidders must demonstrate the capacity to manage logistics, labor, and equipment for these services. Experience in similar conservancy or janitorial contracts, especially with government or defense institutions, will be advantageous. All quotations must be submitted in sealed form by the deadline of 08 September 2026 at 1000 hours. Quotations will be opened at 1100 hours on the same day in the presence of respective representatives. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation as per PPRA Rule 2004.
