Bidders must have valid PEC registration up to December 2026 in the required category (C-5 or C-6 and above), relevant specialized codes (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10), and demonstrate experience with at least one similar work of minimum 80% of the estimated cost or two similar works of at least 50% each in the last five years. Additional requirements include audited financials for the last three years, machinery/equipment lists, bank statements, NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and annual income tax returns. Earnest Money (Bid Security) is required as per each lot, typically ranging from Rs. 10,89,500/- to Rs. 25,00,000/- in the form of pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee valid for at least 180 days. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000/- per lot.
