This procurement is specific to the FGPC located in Islamabad Capital Territory and covers a wide variety of laboratory consumables and equipment including blood analysis reagents, hematology analyzers, coagulation analyzers, immunoassay analyzers, blood bags, blood transfusion sets, rapid test kits for infectious diseases, and other related laboratory supplies.
The technical scope includes supply of over 130 items such as fully automated 3-part and 7-part blood CP tests with free-of-cost (FOC) analyzers, serum electrolyte reagents with software integration, ABG tests compatible with existing analyzers, urine multi-sticks with FOC readers, vacuum blood collection tubes, centrifuge machines, pipettes, hematology reagents, microbiology media, rapid diagnostic devices for HIV, HCV, HBV, syphilis, malaria, and many more. The procurement also includes provision of FOC analyzers on reagent rental basis, with mandatory installation, commissioning, and maintenance services. The successful bidders must ensure uninterrupted supply, maintain adequate stock, and provide warranty and after-sales support as per the contract terms.

Bidders must submit audited financial statements, satisfactory performance certificates, and valid authorization from manufacturers where applicable. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method with a bid validity of 180 days.
Key dates include the bid submission deadline on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM via the EPADS v2.0 online system. Manual submissions are not accepted. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline to the Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements.
