Construction of PCC Street and Installation of Solar Street Lights UC Maskaf Dhadar District Kachhi

The Local Government and R&D District Kachhi invites bids from eligible contractors for the execution of civil and electrical works in Dhadar, District Kachhi. This procurement is for the financial year 2026 and is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of PCC Street (UC Maskaf Dhadar) - Installation of Solar Street Lights (UC Maskaf Dhadar) The total estimated cost for these works is PKR 20,000,000. The scope includes the construction of a new PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) street and the supply and installation of solar-powered street lighting to enhance infrastructure and public safety in the specified union council. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Firms must demonstrate financial capacity by showing at least 14.0 million PKR turnover in any of the last three years. Earnest Money/Bid Security of 2 percent of the estimated cost is required, to be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the Local Government Office, Dhadar, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2,000 PKR during office hours from the date of publication until 28 September, 2026. The last date for bid submission is 28 September, 2026 at 10:00 AM. All tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the same office.
