Supply of Personal and Domestic Services for Chief Minister's Secretariat, Quetta

The Chief Minister's Secretariat, Quetta invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for personal and domestic services at the CM Secretariat, Red Zone, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Mandatory scope list: Sr. No. 1 — Class of Object: Personal and Domestic Services; total item count: 1; bid security: 2%. The requirements cover catering, cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance support for the Secretariat and its staff. Catering providers must comply with recognized food safety standards and hold Food Authority registration. Cleaning and maintenance services must meet applicable quality benchmarks. Firms must provide sufficient trained staff for uninterrupted coverage, comply with labour and occupational safety requirements, and register employees under Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution requirements. Eligible firms must demonstrate assignments of similar nature and complexity worth **PKR 9 million** each during the previous year, accumulated turnover of at least **PKR 75 million** over the three subsequent previous years, active Tax Payer List status, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and a clean non-blacklisting record. Bidders should show experience serving government departments, VIPs, government dignitaries, diplomatic events or high-security official functions. Catering experience in three-star or four-star hotels, trained personnel, security-vetted key staff, and an operational presence in Quetta are required or preferred as specified. A bid security of 2% must accompany the bid as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. The tender fee is **PKR 1,000**.
