Supply and Installation of P/F Container (Cafe Cabin) for Canteen Purpose at Food Court MC Chakwal

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered Contractors, Firms, and Companies for the execution of the following development scheme through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) in Chakwal city. The project involves the supply and installation of a P/F Container (Cafe Cabin) for canteen purposes at the Food Court of Municipal Committee Chakwal. The estimated cost for this scheme is Rs. 16.472 Million with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 823,600 required. Items being procured: - P/F Container (Cafe Cabin) for Canteen purpose at Food Court MC Chakwal The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities including PEC, FBR, PRA, and Punjab e-Procurement System, and must possess valid NTN/PNTN and active taxpayer status. The successful bidder will be required to execute the work strictly according to the sanctioned estimate, technical sanction, specifications, BOQ, contract agreement, and instructions of the competent authority. The completion period for the scheme is 03 months. Mandatory PEC registration for 2026 with relevant specialization and category is required. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the prescribed form. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 19.10.2026 up to 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Additional performance security or quality assurance security shall be deposited where applicable. All mandatory eligibility, technical, and financial documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed. Taxes and statutory requirements must be adhered to as per government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage before issuance of work order. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the official Punjab e-Procurement portal. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order must accompany the bid.
