Procurement of Photocopiers for Bahawalpur-D Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL)

The Bahawalpur-D office of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of photocopiers under contract reference P141381. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Photocopier Machine Desktop (Quantity: 1 Nos) to be delivered at SNGPL Regional Store 1, Yazman Road, Bahawalpur - Photocopier Machine Heavy Duty / Printer / Scanner (Quantity: 1 Nos) to be delivered at SNGPL Store Office, Heavy Bhatta Colony, Near Old Bus Stand, Rahim Yar Khan The desktop photocopier must support A3 maximum original size, have a resolution of 600dpi x 600dpi or better, print speed of 25-30 copies per minute, duplex standard, and come with two free toners and one year warranty. The heavy duty copier/printer/scanner must have a copy speed of 35-40 pages per minute, support A5 to A3 paper sizes, have a monthly duty cycle of minimum 120,000, built-in network printer and scanner, 1GB or above memory, and one year onsite warranty with after sales services and spares available in Pakistan. Bidders must be registered with FBR, hold valid professional tax certificates, and provide dealer authorization letters. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 15th October 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 3:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procurement process includes technical evaluation for eligibility and conformity to specifications, followed by financial evaluation based on least cost.
