Tender Description
**Communication Department (Roads), Government of Balochistan**, through the Executive Engineer, Communication Department (Roads), Pishin, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors and firms for construction of roads in Pishin District under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 and BPPRA Rules. The procurement covers eight separate works, with a separate technical proposal required for each work.

Bidders must hold valid PEC registration for 2026-27 in the relevant category and discipline, possess fresh income tax and sales tax registration where applicable, and be active on the ATL. Earnest money is 3 percent in the form of call deposit, with the tender fee deposited through green challan in account C-02716 Civil Works. Bids must be submitted by hand or registered mail to the Executive Engineer, CWPP&H Department, District Pishin, by **20 August 2026 at 10:00 PM**. Technical bids will open the same day at 11:00 PM.
