Tender Description
The Quami Aqsa Medical Complex (QAMC), Bahawalpur, along with its allied institutions including Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH), Accident & Emergency (A&E), and Shaikh Ahmad Hospital (SAH), as well as the Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology (PIC) Bahawalpur, invites bids for the placement of Fully Automated Chemistry Analysers on a regent rental basis for the financial year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Fully Automated Chemistry Analyser for QAMC, BVH, A&E & SAH Bahawalpur
- Fully Automated Chemistry Analyser for Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology PIC Bahawalpur
This procurement is on a frame work rate contract basis from manufacturers, importers, or sole agents in case of foreign principals. The supply and purchase will be on F.O.R basis for QAMC and its allied institutions in Bahawalpur.
The technical scope includes provision of fully automated chemistry analysers suitable for hospital laboratory use, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in clinical diagnostics. The contract is for the financial year 2026-27.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and to be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The bidding process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure (Technical & Financial).
The tender will be processed through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Tender documents containing terms, conditions, and detailed specifications can be obtained from the PPRA website and Punjab E-Procurement System.
The closing date for submission of bids is **30-09-2026** by 11:00 AM on the E-Pads portal, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
