Suppliers must quote separately against the prescribed price schedule in PKR and comply with the technical specifications, delivery requirements, warranty provision of one year, and any applicable inspection and documentation requirements. The stated bid security is **PKR 57,500**, payable through Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or the prescribed Bid Securing Declaration. Bidders should be registered on EPADS and provide evidence including three similar assignments, turnover of at least **PKR 10,000,000** in each of the preceding three years, ISO 9001 certification, tax records, Chamber of Commerce certificate, FBR non-default certificate, and a functional corporate office in Quetta. Bidders must not be blacklisted. E-bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by **22 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**. Manual bids will not be entertained. The original bid security and required hard-copy documents must reach ASF Store Office, ASF Garrison Quetta International Airport, before the deadline.
